1) What this policy covers

This policy explains how our mobile apps for iOS and Android (the “App”) handle information when you listen to our stream, join our community links, or contact us.

Short version: We don’t ask you to create an account, we don’t sell your data, and we use only the minimum diagnostics/analytics needed to keep the App working.

2) Information we collect

A. You provide to us

• Support messages (email or in-app contact forms): the email address and the content you send.

• Push notification choices (opt-in/opt-out).

• (Optional – include only if applicable) Contest entries or song requests: name, email, and message you submit.

B. Collected automatically by the App/SDKs

• App & device info: app version, OS version, device model, language, country/region, and a random app instance ID (not tied to your identity).

• Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data (e.g., start/stop events), and basic usage analytics (e.g., feature taps).

• Network & IP: an IP address is processed by our hosting/streaming provider to deliver audio and prevent abuse.

• Push token (if you enable notifications) to deliver messages to your device.

• (Not collected) We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.

3) Why we collect it (purposes)

• Provide the radio stream and core features (playback, now-playing, links, notifications).

• Maintain & improve the App (diagnostics, crash reports, performance).

• Support & safety (respond to you, prevent fraud/abuse, meet legal obligations).

• (Optional) Marketing: send station announcements if you opt in to push notifications.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK)

If you’re in the EEA/UK, we process:

• To perform a contract / provide the service: streaming and core App features.

• Legitimate interests: diagnostics, basic analytics, and security.

• Consent: push notifications and any optional marketing.

5) Sharing & third parties

We don’t sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the App, under contracts that limit their use of your data:

7) Data retention

• Support emails: kept as long as needed to address your request, then archived or deleted within [6 months].

Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

10) Security

• Tracking: No (we do not track you across apps/websites).

Google Play “Data safety”

• Collected:

  • App info & performance: crash logs, diagnostics

  • Device or other IDs: app instance ID / push token

  • (Optional) Contact info (email) only if you submit support requests.

• Data sharing: Not shared with third parties except service providers processing on our behalf.

• Security: Data is encrypted in transit.

• Deletion: Request deletion of support correspondence via [PRIVACY EMAIL]; uninstalling the App clears local data.

• Data is not sold. No location collection.
